14-Day Return Policy
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Refund Processing:
- Standard refunds: Processed within 14+ business days
- PayPal refunds: 14-30 business days (processing times vary)
- All refunds issued to original payment method
Return Shipping:
- Customer responsible for all return shipping costs (including customs/import fees if applicable)
- Recommended to use trackable shipping (we are not responsible for lost/delayed returns)
Return Process:
- Request return authorization by emailing help@dresslinks.com
- Ship items to provided address (include order number and return reason)
- Refund issued after inspection of returned items
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized/personalized products
- Damaged, used, or altered items
