14-Day Return Policy​

​Eligibility Requirements:​

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

​Refund Processing:​

  • Standard refunds: Processed within 14+ business days
  • PayPal refunds: 14-30 business days (processing times vary)
  • All refunds issued to original payment method

​Return Shipping:​

  • Customer responsible for all return shipping costs (including customs/import fees if applicable)
  • Recommended to use trackable shipping (we are not responsible for lost/delayed returns)

​Return Process:​

  1. Request return authorization by emailing help@dresslinks.com
  2. Ship items to provided address (include order number and return reason)
  3. Refund issued after inspection of returned items

​Non-Returnable Items:​

  • Customized/personalized products
  • Damaged, used, or altered items
