Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing & Delivery​
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Estimated delivery timelines appear during checkout and vary by destination.

​Return Eligibility​
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that:

  • Are in original unused condition
  • Contain all packaging materials
  • Show no wear or modifications

​Return Process​

  1. Initiation: Contact customer support via email to request return authorization
  2. Approval: You’ll receive a Return Authorization code with instructions
  3. Shipping: Send items to our facility with the RA number clearly marked
  4. Refund: Issued after inspection via original payment method

​Financial Policies​

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the error was ours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • Damaged/altered items or incomplete packages may be refused

​Refund Timelines​

  • Standard refunds: 14+ business days
  • PayPal refunds: 14-30 days (may extend to 1 month for international)
